Big Queen fan here. Just wanted to say that I loved your reaction. If you're wanting the really memorable stuff, you just have to react to Somebody to Love (Live in Montreal), Who Wants to Live Forever (live in Budapest), and Another One Bites the Dust (live at Wembley). Those are great places to start for some of Freddie's best vocals and showmanship. Granted, Freddie is always amazing, but those are some essentials.

Thank you for reacting to this song, Brian said to Freddie that he was a little worried that he wouldn't be able to hit the high notes being so ill, because at this time Freddie had to be propped up on the mixing desk to sing. Freddie being Freddie downed a large vodka and said "I'll f*cking do it darling" and Brian said his voice was like a laser.

This was recorded not long before he died. He was determined to carry on singing and recording even though he was so ill. Other songs to react to are 'These are the Days of our Lives' and a song recorded by Queen after he died called 'No One But You (Only The Good Die Young). Also listen to Barcelona by Freddie and Montserrat.

INNUENDO is the most underrated Queen song in my opinion. It’s very similar to Bohemian Rhapsody. So far there are not a lot of reaction to this song, somebody can not pronounce the name correct. Hope you can listen to this song and reacting to it. It’s a true hidden gem.

Great reaction! Check out the official video too with lots of clips from their career. I enjoyed the movie too, but please know that it’s not accurate in many ways. Freddie wasn’t the first to go solo (it was Roger, but just to experiment on his own and not in some grand gesture to leave Queen). Actually, Roger sang backup for Freddie’s first solo album and appeared in one of his videos, so they were still on good terms! He and Roger were much closer friends than the movie made it appear. Also, the band never really broke up, though they had a bit of a lull where they weren’t sure how to move forward. Freddie even announced at concerts during an ‘86 tour that they’d stay together until they died and rumors of them splitting weren’t true. The movie said that Live Aid would be risky because they hadn’t performed together in years, but in real life they toured just a couple of months before Live Aid. Freddie also didn’t know of his AIDS diagnosis until 1987, two years after Live Aid. “We Will Rock You”, portrayed as an ‘80s song with mustachioed, partying Freddie, was actually a ‘70s song. I do like that the movie brought many people to Queen, but I do think it was a little unfair in its portrayal of Freddie.

Although this is a great song and nice reaction, I think you missed a lot of what the lyrics meant. At the end of Freddie's life, his body was so covered with lesions that wearing clothes hurt. He suffered bouts of blindness and had at one point lost half his foot due to this horrible virus. When he sings he will soon be turning round the curtain now, he is talking about his journey to death, and yet while he is alive, he will fight and work because the show (or life) still goes on. There are many lines describing the last of his journey in this world. Take a look at the lyrics sometime. Also, Queen Live is unbeatable!! One of my favorites is the 1981 Montreal Concert. Every song is Amazing! Thanks!

I hated that movie! As a forever Queen fan, it was full of misrepresentations and lies. Freddie never fired John Reid from a limousine, he left because his other client, Elton John, was feeling neglected. This short video will tell you some of the other things that were right & wrong. Bohemian rhapsody an amazing movie yes but a lot of it wasn't accurate , like the song we will rock you in the film was being recorded in the wrong decade . there were definitely errors but over all a great film
