Watching this today I can feel chills of nostalgia waving thru my body I was 21 years old…. Your grocery budget? …. Lol, well back then it wasn’t that much for food. 50/60 bucks huh max…. Saw them open for Ozzy (rage for order), then Metallica (operation mindcrime), then headline for the empire tour. They did the entire operation mindcrime album from start to finish. It's definitely one of the best concerts I've ever seen.

Same. Except when I saw Rage for Order, they were opening for AC/DC. I didn't leave the venue disappointed.

Same here, and before I was a fan, right before Mindcrime came out, they played a small club close to where I live.Played a couple songs off the cd and I was hooked.I laid out of school the next day to go buy the cassette,I was 17 when it came out.Till this day and all the shows I've seen, the Empire tour where they did this whole cd as well is still tops.

I saw the same shows in Phoenix and San Diego. I was already a huge fan from the Warning album, and where I was sitting we could see back stage too, and it was so cool seeing them huddle before coming out on stage (the Ozzy show). They were so nervous back stage, and such pros on stage. I loved each of their shows but the Mind Crime they got to headline and do all the effects seen here, and my only complaint, that it all started to fade away too soon after. The next two albums were incredible, but then came the splintering in Hear in the New Frontier, an unlistenable album, and I take zero pleasure saying that. Chris left to become a pilot for Fed-Ex (dang! but I am told he loves it), and the next album was really good again, then the roller coaster and final split and splat.

30yrs ago. They foreseen what is actually happening in 2022. Such a fantastic band. But, I do hope they sort differences and get Geoff back. He had heart n soul singing. Made it all so realistic.

When I met Geoff Tate after winning tickets to go to a private listening party in Seattle at "Bad Animals" Studio mid 90s I told him that I love his voice because it is so melodic and I listen to it as I go to sleep.. And he looked at me and said "Well, I hope I don't give you nightmares!" 😅😂🤭 Super sweet guy and I was also able to meet the entire band and they all signed the cover of the CDs for all of us! - So sad😪 the band had to break up into two different/separate Queensryche's...

Unbelievable, unsurpassed masterpiece. The chemistry amongst five men gave birth to one of the most notable work in music history. And we were alive at the same time, what a lucky combination 💫

Saw them in 2008 when they did mindcrime in full. Wasn’t expecting it so it was such a surprise. I had been gutted that I hadn’t seen it when it was first released. Easily one of the best gigs I’ve been to.

This is a great concept album...But the greatest? That accolade is held by several Pink Floyd albums: Animals, Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, and/or Wish you were here.

@johnjacobs3643 pink Floyd is far too mellow to be this hype, and not only was the musical performance album quality but the stage performance was incredible.
