Full concert with a few minor hiccups with people walking past my phone and the sd card running out on Screaming in Digital. However, I had a blast during this show and I finally moved my phone up on a rail to have a better view. My favorite rock band of all time!

On the opening song Queen Of The Ryche, I dig the guttural growl Todd let out following the high pitch scream; NICE!!!

Todd is an amazing singer and I have no issues with this version of Queensryche he more than does justice to all the songs. Plus Geoff's version is him and younger guys who were never in Queensryche during their heyday. They are both entertaining and allow fans to choose who they want to see do the Queensryche songs. My only huge issue with this show is No Silent Lucidity. I know it's a Judas Priest concert and more of a metal crowd.However if you are being paid to entertain as the opener you can't leave out by leaps and bounds your biggest hit. Yes I know it's a ballad but if you are given almost an hour you gotta play it. Some Priest fans may not know much beyond Silent Lucidity from Queensryche. Even Cheap Trick who draws a bigger crowd finally came to the realization you gotta include "The Flame" it was your biggest hit and career reviver. I know they always play it in their solo shows but it should be in this setlist. Just my opinion I'm sure others might not agree.

Silent Lucidity is my bathroom break song. I’ve heard it enough times that I don’t need to anymore. I’d prefer the heavier, more obscure stuff anyway.

@@Rikrik1138 Hi Rik like I said I like Queensryche but I am not a diehard fan I'd imagine you could speak better as a loyal Quennsryche fan than me. I am looking at it hollistic perspective. I am a huge Motley Crue fan and they have many more hits to play around with and play bigger venues however if they left out Home Sweet Home it would be a WTF moment everyone would be adding that when they tweet about the show. From a promoter standpoint this is a Judas Priest show. This version of Queensryche is getting to play to a much larger audience and you leave your biggest hit out it's a bit ignorant to your purpose on the bill if your getting a decent check. If your Bruce Springsteen your playing a sold out stadium show and everyone knows you play 3 hours and don't always play everyone's favorite I get it. Even if it's a 2 hour Queensryche headliner show with more loyal diehard Queensryche fans like yourself who prefer the deep cuts I totally get it. However opening for Judas Priest play your 1 big hit or give the opening slot to someone who will play theirs. Just my opinion doesn't mean I'm right

@@michaelyatsco1958 I understand where you are coming from. But as a die-hard favorite band of all time thing since 1984, Silent Lucidity is my least favorite song of theirs. Take Hold, Jet City and Op:Mc are ones that are on my must play list. And the boys didn't dissappoint. Also, a first for me seeing Casey behind the kit and he was killer! But, once again, I totally understand where you are coming from.

@@myndcrym Very true it's not like they disappoint live I think Todd LaTorre is great he does the old songs justice and brings a flare of energy to the new ones. He has got great range and any haters of him are crazy. I mean what guy who has worked his ass off as both a drummer and a singer would not take the lead singer job of Queensryche probably a dream come true from when he was a kid. Like I said I know the true fans like variety and deep cuts. I am the type that if I went to see Bruce Springsteen I'd be like how couldn't he play Hungry Heart or Glory Days but some diehard fans that have seen him 25 times are tired of the hits. I have to admit I was the same with Motley Crue I was happy when they started putting songs like On with the Show and Merry Go Round in their set occasionally.

Nothing but a Queensryche cover band. Only the bass player and old rhythm player turned lead guitarist for them now are from the original lineup. Todd LaTorre sounds ok but can’t hold a candle to Jeff Tate in his prime. This version, I would never pay money to see. If I wanted to hear Queensryche, the only way now is from their CD’s.
