I don't think it's anything, my 6.4 dose it just a tiny bit in the cold ,it did a little today when I started it ,if it goes up and down in warmer weather at normal idle I'd check it out ,other than that ,I haven't seen people come in with the rpm going up and down from any failures or failures prone to happen, I think ur good.

Yeah. I don’t think it’s anything internal or anything important. Just may have thought some sensor or something was acting up. But yeah I think it’s fine as well…..just wanted a second opinion lol. I love that truck so much. Really is hard to beat a 6.4.
