What a good interviewer. He didn't interrupt Dr John once, was calm, collected and asked very good questions. Most radio and TV interviewers could learn from him

@@sharkymoon422 Don't you feel the slightest bit stupid? Your statement conveys that shortcoming. The vaccines have been approved for emergency use after having completed the complex testing over nine months and publication and review of the results. Pfizer progressed from 30,000 test subjects to approval with an efficacy of an unheard of 94%. Normally a drug or vaccine with 50% is considered effective and they have been shown to be safe. In about a month Pfizer will have submitted the request for full approval that will allow them to advertise and promote their vaccine. (To date it has been the United States Government that has promoted the vaccine.) BTW, if you've listed to Dr. Campbell for any length of time you would know that he does not promote any treatment or vaccine, he is not a physician, he tells you to speak to your provider. He also lists the articles that have been peer-reviewed and published in reputable medical journals suggesting that you read them for yourself for further information. (He does report some papers that have not been peer-reviewed and so states while giving his opinion that they appear to be well written, researched, and documented with the promise to make future corrections when they occur.)

Wonderful interview, Dr. John, and many thanks to the host for his great questions and, especially, letting the doctor finish his statements without interruption. That’s so rare! Just a note: private data companies in the US are offering cell-phone based health passport services. Once you pay their fee and give your permission, they collect your vaccine information directly from the CDC and load in on your phone through an app. This prevents individuals from loading inaccurate, or even false, vaccine status information. I’m still hoping that the Federal government will offer a free service like this, or at least the states will, with mutual recognition and reciprocity between states.

@@MT-ys7nh I know this is probably replying to a troll and i'm probably being taken for a ride here but i can't resist: So.... assuming ~7,766 deaths from the vaccine... versus how many hundreds of thousands more deaths if we didn't vaccinate? This is in the context of literally millions of people having a covid vaccine of some sort and not getting anything more than the typical "i feel like crap" feeling that many people get from any other vaccine. Do those people who died of covid just simply hop out of their graves once the pandemic is magically over or something? :P No. They're dead... And a large number of them would have survived if we had the vaccine before lockdown. Don't get me wrong: vaccines having side effects isn't great, but you must see that it's either we go the vaccine route or let thousands or people die because they suffocated to death from a virus that could have been controlled, right? I get it, people say "covid is just a flu but 5x as bad", sure, But an additional 5x the flu death-count on top of regular outbreaks is a hell of a lot of death and healthcare burden for society.

26 min. Yes, he is talking about Ivermectin without naming it. This would have been a good chance to do so.pity..

How do you get someone nominated for a knighthood when they have contributed so much to informing societies awareness, Dr Campbell deserves one in my book. Much more so than the chattering celebrities we see getting accolades for play acting and becoming immediate experts on everything.
A knighthood for finding reports on the Internet, totally misinterpreting the data, then spreading misinformation about it? Get a grip.

Great interview, John. Thanks. Some additional questions the average person might have liked to have had answered: Why is the vaccine better than t-cel immunity that already-infected people would have, and why is it reasonable for them to have to risk, even if one in a million or half a million, the rare blood clots, paralysis, myocarditis, heart inflammation et al, if they already have t-cel immunity? Why didn't the makers of these first generation vaccines make the type in development now, being called second generation or super vaccines, so that instead of targeting the spike protein they'd have targeted that other part that these new ones in development are presently targeting so as to give better protection against variants and the majority of coronaviruses? Didn't they have a think-tank first to determine the best part of the virus to target in developing these present first generation vaccines? Also, why should the public trust the word of officials on current pandemic issues, who told us in the begin6ning not to wear masks and who only now, for instance, are stressing aerosolised nature of the virus when data on many such things was already there more than a year ago out of Asia? Why trust officials who clearly lied to their citizenry and are still advising with confidence and authority and receiving salaries paid for by the very citizenry lied to? Should there be accountability and responsibility for one's misleading guidance that might have resulted in ruined health and deaths of others following such advices? And if not, why not? Issues such as these are quite bothersome to the average, reasonable, conscientious human and they should be treated to build trust rather than being ignored. Hope you will address them, Doc. Thanks.

All the approved vaccines are acceptably safe, you can stop panicking over trivial numbers.
@helpingeachother70073 жыл бұрын
@@peterjf7723 Who, exactly, is panicking? No one should ask reasonable questions of the experts? 8 billion people should have one single mindset? If that were a requirement for existence, how would we ever know who was ignorant, delusional or hallucinating? What does your experience tell you about the thinking or non-thinking processes of humans? What's the advantage to humanity if everyone adopted YOUR processes? In all humility, I'm eager to known because, naturally, I can only perceive in the way that I do, and you can only perceive in the way that you do. Each must be valid, in a way, if you give particular subjective conditioning and circumstances the credit. But should we try to defeat those for the sake of truth and more meaningful living, where necessary? "Panic" is just a word, a human concept and not the thing itself that you mean to describe. Likely, there could be 8 billion differing perceptions of its meaning. Would love to hear your definition.

@@RabJ208 The vaccines have been thoroughly tested in extensive preclinical studies and clinical trials which have established that they are acceptably safe and efficacious. Actually the vaccines are much better than anticipated. This pandemic has greatly advanced vaccinology, meaning that we should be able to respond much more rapidly to future outbreaks of novel diseases.

Dr, definitely agree with you, that government as public body should step in, to plug the gap/s in the current system, to carry out clinical trials for new uses of drugs in the public domain.

The CBC here in Canada are quite good in naming as they’ll say “the B117 variant, first noted in the UK” rather than calling it “the UK variant”.
