For this vegetable cake I need:
Dough:
180 grams of flour
100 butter or margarine
1 egg
pepper and salt
Vegetables of your choice. Anything goes.
Fry once if necessary.
For the sauce:
4 eggs
100 g processed cheese
1 B. Sour cream or sour cream
some cheese
Salt, pepper and possibly paprika powder
Pre-bake the shortcrust pastry for 10 minutes at 175 °C.
Then put the fried/cooked vegetables on the pre-baked base and pour over egg milk.
Bake for another 20 minutes until brown.
Fry peppers, onions. Cauliflower, Brussels sprouts.... I cook them in advance or they are leftovers from the day before.
Fast use of leftovers in delicious.
