I am doing these exercises every day now, to help recovery from two fractures in the shoulder. Only one I really can't do at all (5th) but hope to get there eventually. Thank you so much for your clear instructions and demonstration, it is so helpful.

Hello Kathryn! I follow you closely and admire your message and think you are a great role model to all. Please continue with your good work. However, the 12 week challenge , though it is a great way to connect, share, encourage each other, it lacks a VERY important factor: REST. There are no rest days. I have been teaching for 30 years: ballet, yoga, pilates, stretching, all kinds of workout and I have trained professional dancers. The one mistake that all people who train, aim to be professionals, what almost everybody makes is lack of rest. You need at the minumum one rest day per week. You need a fair mount of sleep every single day AND a rest day per week. If you do not rest, your training will NOT get you where yu want to. You will overtrain, which results in injury, fatigue and finally you will be overtrained which means you will not progress, you will stagnate first and then your fitness level will deteriorate. The most important day of a week of training is the rest day. Please do not make the same mistake that everybody does. I wish you all the best and please contnue the great and inspiring work you do.
