Picahna is big in the Brazilian culture. You eat it right off the bbq with farofa flour ( cassava flour with seasonings). Slice the meat season with salt. BBQ then boom! Also great with Parmesan 🤤

Your dog cracks me up. She always has her nose up in your cooking business. If Adam likes pork tenderloin, I highly recommend making xtra and using it for sandwiches. It costs less than processed cold cuts, and doesn't have all the nitrates and other bad stuff. Plus it's just the right size if you want to be extra and serve on King's Hawaiian rolls with all the condiments.

Using pork tenderloin in tacos is a great idea. Lol I could eat tacos every day too! I used leftover pot roast in enchiladas the other day and my family preferred it over the chicken enchiladas I usually make. We almost always have leftovers after we make pot roast, so now I guess we will eat enchiladas the next day.

Hi Jen! Love your channel! Was wondering what you spend weekly on groceries for all of these awesome recipes? Trying to keep our budget to $200 week - but it’s pretty expensive where we live.

I used to do $200 but it’s too hard now. I would say around $300 a week BUT I do buy diet soda and other convenience items…so it could definitely be less than that if I needed it to!

I use an app called Paprika 3 to save all of my online recipes. You just copy the link and open the app and it pulls the page in AND pulls the recipe information off of the page to save it in a friendly format. I still print some off if they have a ton of steps so they are easier to read, but it has saved me from not knowing what page the recipe came from.
