Making bread at home is much easier than you think, and we're making this bread with dry yeast and without sourdough. Ingredients:
500 g Water
1 tsp Honey
7 g Dry Yeast
500 g White Spelt Flour
66g white rye flour
34 g whole rye flour
57g bread flour
43 g whole wheat flour
2 tsp Dry Sourdough Powder
3 tsp Salt
Instructions:
Mix water, honey, and dry yeast. Then add all other ingredients and knead for 5 minutes until a nice dough forms. Let it rise for 1 hour until it doubles in volume. Then shape the dough into a loaf by rounding it.
Cover it in a floured proofing basket and let it rise for an additional 30 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 482 degrees Fahrenheit in convection mode.
Bake for 45 minutes in the pot, then another 15 minutes with the lid off until it reaches the desired brownness. Allow it to cool on a wire rack.
