I really enjoy practicing it because its something that you can do anywhere and it's something that you could have last about 15 seconds to a minute. Let's be honest when we're balancing so many different things whether it be work family children home schooling you name it we don't have a lot of time and so there's a lot of Direction out there that really help to calm the body calm the mind. So this meditative practice is amazing to to make part of your daily life.
