Excellent workout routine! 💯 I use a similar model and insert the Ab Wheel into the workout and conclude with 30-minutes of weighted jump rope training for the HIIT segment. Works great! 💯

Me too except I run a 10k right afterwards while intermittent fasting, then head back to the gym for some heavy lifting. Yoga, a spin class a step class and I have a small salad with no dressing

Thanks for the great workout plan. I tried it. Challenging in a good way. I swapped out the deadlift for straight leg deadlift. I'm going to do a variation of this for the next 3 months. 3× a week. God bless.

I don’t see the difference between the squats and dumb bell dead lifts?

If you break it down, they do have subtle differences. The DB Squat is a movement where you will start lower, pushing the total weight off the floor. Your torso will be more vertical. The DB Deadlift will keep your hips higher, pulling the total weight off the floor. Your torso will be more flat. So your hips will play a larger role with the DL compared to the Squat. Not clear, based on the video, what the difference is between the DB Squat and the DB Deadlift - they both look the same to me.

The motion. Think of squats as standing with height in hand and squatting down with glutes out first then down and up. Dead lift with weights on the ground in a hinged position with glutes pointed away from weights, then un hinge by pushing glutes forward and locking legs/ hips out and standing straight up and down then un fold by pushing glutes out and hinging back down till weight hit the ground.
