PERFECT timing! I was literally mulling over the last 2 days on whether or not to buy a $150 Festool hose for my new Domino. This seems like a no-brainer alternative since the locking function will work with a bunch of my other tools too! Awesome! Just ordered one, and I'm sure I'll be ordering many more.

i recently bought this system to upgrade my existing dust ports, which I love. This added feature is a real convenience, but, I would like to see the size of the port scribed or injected into the plastic so I know which one I need to order for my other tools. It's a guessing game in order to get the right size.

I like the original kit but the hose is so heavy. Therefore I rarely use it. This one being 20% lighter may be worth trying. I like the quick disconnect feature and that you can get them individually.
