crop tops aren't really my personal style but i've used a similar method to snug up sweaters. I have this one thermal that i've owned for well over a decade, and it's very stretched out so I usualy just sleep in it but when i wanna wear it out i do something like what you've shown here and it's all cute and snug at the waist and long and floppy at the sleeves!

Is it weird that I just made a crop top sweatshirt...I cut the long sleeves so they are tshirt length and I sewed a sublimated Metallica METAL UP YOUR ASS BACK PATCH ON...yea crop tops seem girly but my uncles who grew up in the 1960's & who were bikers & convicts & spent many years in San Quentin prison always had Harley Davidson sweatshirts that were cut like crop tops probably because it's hot & sunny in California ...In California in the 1980's tons of men & women wore crop top shirts...My mom has the polaroids to prove it..& short shorts 🤣
