Yes you dont need the medicines at all drink some raw ginger tea like cut and boil it up and do some yoga great for ibs you will be just fine.. drink alot of fluids and cut down on the junk

The breathing shown during initial 1:30 mins with legs curled up was more of a thoracic type. In belly breathing, the thoracic cavity should rest while belly muscles rise and sink in. Sorry, not correcting you as such, but sharing my thoughts on what is seen.

no, there is still not enough research to understand IBS but often times IBS is caused by stress and yoga helps with it. Twisting poses also help with digestion. You will still need to eat a healthy diet and check with your RD.

It doesn't cure IBS but should alleviate the pain. I would recommend you see a medical professional if it is very bad.

Han These do work! I kept these in my daily routine and did them twice a day and it definitely did help. It worked better when I did a light exercise everyday and drank lots of water too.
