You put the adapter in your car very quickly. It would help to show exactly where to plug it in. I could see you put it somewhere under the steering wheel to the right, so at least that is a slight clue to check out. I just found the adapter in the glove box and have been trying to work out what it is.

Hi, I communicate with you because I have a Mercedes C43 2017 and my dealer and Mercedes Canada mentioned me that this application is not available on my vehicle, but only on Mercedes vehicles 2019. Can you guide me on this subject? Thank you and good day!

You need to instal an Me Adapter which is free of cost with the dealer and then your good to go :-)

It's a pity the "Remote" connectivity is limited to the Bluetooth range and is thus not truly remote. It would have been nice if the adapter had the option to insert a SIM card with data loaded so that it could connect to the Internet to enable true remote connectivity between my phone and my Mercedes-Benz. Also it seems some options are not available for some cars, for instance Mercedes-Benz advertises remote locking but this does not seem to be available for my C204. It would be nice to get a list of what functions are available on Mercedes-Me and which are compatible with specific models.

Good Day Mr Smith Remote locking and unlocking is available with Mercedes Me. As well as the vehicle having a sim card. The adapter however, is compatible on vehicles built before the introduction of the Mercedes Me Adapter. If you would like the full suite of innovation of Mercedes Me, we would be happy to trade your C204 in for a C205 ;-)

Do the new cars also require an adaptor or is it built in? Also if it is an adapter, I assume it is a different type of adapter to mine that has a SIM card option and not only bluetooth? I prefer the C204 body shape and I'm ideally looking for a C350 with the M276 E35 engine but they are hard to come by.
