150 g of coconut seems a lot. I used ground coconut and it turns out to be a lot. It didn't even grind further. I've got a grainy curry. Any idea what went wrong?

The 150g coconut might look like a lot in volume but it is necessary to balance out all the ingredients. As for the grinding it does take a little extra time but you will definitely get a smooth paste. Add water, little at a time to help grind better. Do let us know if this was helpful! Happy to help 😁
