Looks amazing! One tip from someone who loves pasta aglio e olio. I would STRONGLY recommend adding at least 1/4 cup of homemade vegan Parmesan once everything is cooked (I use the minimalist bakers recipe). This does not make the pasta taste very cheesy unless you add a ton, however it makes the whole dish come together and takes it up by another level.

Haha loved the reference to H2O and pita! Enjoyed both so much! By the way, have you ever heard of or considered using a silicon mat instead of baking sheet? I know some prefer using baking sheets, but because it causes a lot of waste, did want to mention it in case you don't know about silicon mats already :)

HOMEMADE YOGURT Saves ya a ton of money and it tastes even better ! 1lt soy yogurt (i usually go for alpro) 200gr of soy yogurt Heat the soy milk until you can stand the heat for 15 seconds (grandma's advice and i have no thermometer to check the actual temperature) Add some milk to the yogurt to get it to aclimate to the warmth and then add this mix to the rest of the milk. Stir super well and then put to sterile vases. Put the vases in a warm place under a blanket for 2-4h (4 in winter) or until they set.

2:05 you spelled it correctly but we add an "e" ( that means and) between the two words. As you said, we don't usually add zucchini, lemon juice or lemon zest in it. We use oil, parsley and garlic and we season it with pepper. ♥️
@kisakisakura66633 жыл бұрын
Those look amazing. I will definitly make the spaghetti within the next few days. Following I'll leave some of mine adjacent recipes u made =) Zitronen-Spaghetti: basically: boil the nudels in salted water. Meanwhile to a pan add some vegan butter, chopped onions(1-2) and garlic (1-2cloves), pepper, non-dairy milk/cream or cocunut milk (whatever at hand) - it should equal the amount to around 400 ml. In case of using dairy milk, add a thickener like flower or starch. Dump the cooked noodels and some salted noodle water in the sauce and season with lemon zest, parsley and lemon juice. Serve like so, or to some veggies or a salad. Glasnoodlesalad, warm or cold: boil some glasnoodels (200gramms?) till done. In a pan add a good amount of oil and add two each of the following: carott, bell pepper (different colors), onion, garlic clove, chilli. Fry till tender. Put everything in a bowl and depending on your spice tolerance add Sambal Olek (you might want to ditch the chillis or the SO). Season with salt to taste. Personally as this recipy usually calls for meat, I also like to rehydrate some soj strips with a Umami brothe (Knorr), Soj souce, liquid smoke, garlic powder, onion powder and some paprika spices and fry them up too. Serve hot or cold.
