Loved the video, it seems so authentic and achievable for a vegan German student like me living with roommates and without a huge budget. Would you be interested in showing your grocery shopping process for a week, so the cost of it, meal planing, using up leftovers etc. That could be very helpful!

Right?!?! They’re so relaxing and everything I want in a food video- affordable ingredients, wholesome recipes, and the videos aren’t loaded with talk of calories and qualifying certain foods as “good” or “bad”. The energy is soothing and neutral! I don’t feel obligated to binge eat out of the unbridled “treat yourself” energy of some creators, but I also don’t panic about my own diet and end up restricting due to the vibes that others bring to their videos. The energy in her videos is just pleasant and safe for most recovering ED patients and I feel like I’m truly just given ideas for easy, affordable vegan meals.

RECIPE: this is a favorite of mine Savory chickpea pancakes with sauteed veggies: 1/2c chickpea flour, 2tsp nutritional yeast, pinch salt, dash paprika & garlic powder, 1/3c water - makes two pancakes on the skillet I like to sautee a bunch of mushrooms, garlic, and spinach with Italian herbs and chili flakes. Sometimes I add balsamic vinegar instead of chili flakes for a different flavor. - After sauteeing veggies, I put them ON TOP of the pancakes and eat by picking them up like an open-faced sandwich. I like to drizzle sriracha and bagel seasoning on top too!

YUM! 😋 I am gonna try all these, soon! 🙂 Tip for those of us who are Soy and Nut Free: Use PUMFU vs Tofu. (A soy-free, Pumpkin-seed based Tofu. At healthfood stores). Use Coconut Aminos vs Soy Sauce Use Sunbutter vs Peanut Butter.

Hi Mina, Those recipes are lovely. I’d love to see some “recipes when you don’t feel like cooking without cooking” like some salads, sandwiches, smoothies. 😍
@fuzz62633 жыл бұрын
Yes I agree. These are not quick at all, mostly. These recipes look absolutely fabulous but come on, that baked omelette using a blender and the oven? I probably never cook something that elaborate and I would say I eat quite healthy, varied and creative food most of the time.

Yes! When I see a title like this, I'n expecting to see things as easy as a PB&J. I'd love to replace some of the other lunches in our rotation with vegan if they were really as easy as that, but as a busy mom, there are days where i can't do anything like this complexity.
@fuzz62633 жыл бұрын
@@liislet Oh no, this is keeping you from eating more vegan food? Girl, there are sooo many food bloggers out there who have actual easy lunches! It also depends what you're looking for, where I grew up pretty much everyone just eats like 3 sandwiches for lunch and that's it. If I were to do the same vegan, I'd just whip out one of the unlimited amount of vegan spreads there are. Are you looking to cook at all? What kind of lunches do you eat?

Love this! My go to quick meal is a noodle soup. Water with veggie stock, carrots, green onion, sugar beans(?), mushroom, spinach and short cut soup noodles. But chose whatever you fancy. I even put brussle sprouts and radish in and loved it. Season it with paprika, pepper and perhaps some soy sauce. Takes me about 15 minutes 👍

Thank you for the great inspirations! I‘ve been craving some spicy meals for quite some time now and your ideas seem to fit my taste spot. 😁 I‘ll definitely try some of them in the near future. 😊 Something I make every now and then when I‘m not feeling like spending much time in the kitchen is this fried rice: 1. Get a microwaveable rice package and frozen Asian style vegetables. 2. Microwave the frozen vegetables first. 3. While the vegetables are in the microwave add oil, garlic and ginger into a frying pan and fry. Then add the vegetables. 4. While your vegetables are frying put the rice in the microwave for 2 Mins. Then add the rice into the pan. 4. Make a hole in the middle and add some soy sauce into it. Add some other seasonings to your liking (like salt, pepper, something hot etc. - I like adding a lot of black pepper). Mix everything. 5. Add some sesame oil for flavour mix again and serve. 😊

It’s okay for the recipes to not be authentic as long as theyre yummy. However I wanted to mention that Korean cuisine doesn’t often use glass noodles for this type of dish. An alternative noodle that I think would go great with your recipe would be “somyun” which is a kind of Korean wheat noodle! You might not be able to find it in your country but if you get the chance I recommend trying it out because it’s perfect for that type of recipe. :) A delicious Korean glass noodle recipe that I also recommend is “japchae” which is often served vegan so be sure to try that one too!!! Thanks for all the yummy ideas!! 🥰
@Mina_Rome3 жыл бұрын
yep you're right! I thought about using somyun, but the glass noodles are so easy to cook, with the pouring over water method :) but of course u can use any type of noodle here. thanks for watching!!
