Very basic home...looks like no upgrades were done to this home. Strange floorplan upstairs, with nothing but bedrooms. No den downstairs or bedroom. I'd say this home with sell for much less than asking price. Very generic. Lack of bathrooms also

Don’t expect Jack Graham to ever tell you if a home is a good value or not on any of these videos. He’s not looking out for your best interest. Just looking to make money off prospective buyers.

It’s not up to me to decide if it’s a good value. Value perception is different from person to person. If I call out a builder for building overpriced homes, they might not let me showcase their real estate anymore, which would be counterproductive to my channel. But you can stay reassured that anyone that hires me will know if I think something is a good value or not, I don’t need to tell the whole KZbin world what I think. Thanks for the comment

This is just a silly comment. Why in the world would he do anything but show what the house looks like. Everyone wants something different and values different things. This is a quick move in which is very different than other homes that are custom made. The point is he’s showing what it looks like.
