Thanks for Sharing Jess, I love doing your yoga classes. This was harder than I thought it was going to be, My legs were shaking like crazy holding a few of the poses!! It was perfect for today!! JC

If you continue to wear these visually breathtaking yoga outfits, you're going to have to call it Jess's HOT Yoga instead- I don't know what the temperature is in your yoga studio, but it sure goes way up in my yoga space when I watch one of your vids. I have to watch these several times as a I having a hard time focusing on the asanas while watching you at the same time. ps: I like these 10 minute routines, good for warm up, (the first one of your I came across was your ten minute warm up for runners, which I still use) or when I am having a hard time getting going, usually when I tell myself I will just do about 10 minutes, it feels so good, about 35 - 40 minutes later I am ready to cool down with some meditation, but again, you in those outfits make it hard to concentrate on not concentrating during meditation. Actually I think it's is just you that make those outfits look good, not the other way around, you could wear a trash bag and make it look good. . . even a used one. You radiate a beingness of sincerity and inner beauty, gentleness and kindness, don't see that often in real life, let alone a video... anyway, have a nice day, or night, not sure of the time difference across the pond.
