bc hand speed is more important. Thinner needle too, if you know anything about tattooing you should be able to just guess and adapt. 3RL is what I use and what most people seem to use. Low voltage so you get those skips that create the dotting effect. My machine goes to 5 but you just have to adapt your hand speed.
