Jeff, this may seem random but I did an informational paper over Kensingtons Tranq epidemic and in the paper I said quoted what one of the people you interviewed said about how the city claimed only 600 something homeless but they estimated the number to be in the thousands and I cannot remember who you had that conversation with. My instructor wanted me to mention the person who made the statement. I’ll be taking a look back at some of the interview soon after the clean up to see if I can find 🔎
