No clue you were involved in Kill Switch. I’ve taken it and was very surprised with the quality of sleep I got.

Your "sprints coaching classes" sound like Dave Ramsey s Entreleaderhip One Day toniosale tonhos week long course. Reflection on up and down months is important.

Hey Ryan. Super depressed self loather here. Im glad i found you though. Even though Im crippled by self doubt I havent given up my dreams of financial freedom. I think If i can pull my self together for a little bit each day I'll be able to see some progress that inspires motivation to keep going. Did you feel any self doubt before you proved to yourself it was possible?

Every day. I like the way Leila Hormozi puts it: “I feel the thoughts and emotions; I just try not to see them as a problem.”
