If they are separate vendors then yes they will show up separate in the register

This actually does not address the Quickbooks Bill Pay service. This is simply how to pay bills. There is a module or service called quickbooks bill pay.

Do you mean, what do you put in for the check number? If so, you can just type Zelle if you want.
