Probably why the devs didn’t make a 100% stop sandy. Apogee is the closest and it’s so strong, just use a strong throwing knife and you can clear bases silently.

@@sinenomine4540 I doubt it, many of us hold that opinion that CDPR is the best game studio for many reasons, they make really good games and they appreciate their customers, the amount of content they release per patch or expansion is alot,. I never get a feeling of being ripped off with their games, also the content they release is very memorable and fun. I have finished the three witcher games and cyberpunk2077 more than I can count, and even after many playthroughs I still discover new stuff.

@@taylorallen9070 Assuming the wiki page I visited is updated to reflect the 2.0/2.1 overhaul, the greatest slowdown you can apply unmodded is 85%. It's powerful enough to practically stop enemy movements but I doubt it's enough to stop bullets to the same effect (at best, matrix bullet-time maybe) Hard to say without experimenting and I'm not there. All I can say from personal experience is that my Kerenzikov (60%) slows enemies to a crawl but the bullets may as well be flying in real-time.

Sorry to be the nerd here but... Guns don't have super speed too. It'd shoot at a much slower rate in his slowed perspective. Otherwise i guess he could win a street race as soon as it begins by magically driving at super speed. Imagine how that would look in real time. Ridiculous. I expect better realism.

This is a modded slow down, the ones in game make your gun shoot slower, you can just move and melee attack quickly

A. This is modded and normally sandevistans DO slow your gun firing speed accordingly. B. The mod this sandevistan is from actually explains why you can fire freely. It "overclocks" the hardware on your guns, forcing them to fire as fast as the electronically controlled parts can manage. Obviously this doesn't make THAT much sense given the mechanical parts would still be moving the same speed. And it would probably just cause the weapon to destroy itself. But its better then nothing

Imagine you was using a hose pipe in slow motion (but somehow it wasn't slowed), that would be way more powerful than a pressure washer at regular speed. You wouldn't be filling a pool, you'd be lasering a hole right through anything it hits.
