Metal Health was the first record my Dad yelled at me to turn down. I pluugey in the headphones snd turned it up louder! I love this band! The energy and power if yhis band is amazing, and they put Amerivan metal on the map in rhe 80's.

Man Kevin is kicking ass here. He has been gone so long I kinda forgot what a beast he was. This whole band was kick ass. Rudy, Carlos, Frankie and Dubrow. What a great band and the pioneers of LA Metal scene. I remember when METAL HEALTH hit and it blew me away.
