Quiet Riot performs "Cum On Feel The Noise" Live at the US Festival. "Cum On Feel the Noize" is a rock song originally released by Slade in 1973. The song was revived in 1983 by Quiet Riot. Quiet Riot's version of "Cum On Feel the Noize" went on to peak at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 on November 19, 1983. It helped make Quiet Riot's "Metal Health" album a number-one hit. Quiet Riot was founded in 1973 by guitarist Randy Rhoads and bassist Kelly Garni under the original name Mach 1, before changing the name to Little Women and finally Quiet Riot in May 1975. The band's name was inspired by a conversation with Rick Parfitt of the British band Status Quo, in which Parfitt said he'd like to name a band "Quite Right", and his thick English accent made it sound like he was saying "Quiet Riot".

It was better in 1973 when Noddy and Jim did it themselves, Slade were superb. But I am sure they cried all the way to the bank.The original single was produced by Chas Chandler, manager of Jimi and bassist for the Animals.

Quiet riot brought their songs a whole new life to a whole new generation and audience, in a COOL way, that has lasted 40 years. i was there. tried to find some weed. driving up there a dude held out a big bag. this is yours if'n u give me a ride. i said sure. he got in and some people jumped in the back. drove them up to the concert. the people in the back said hey we left u a bud. hadda lot of weed and just gave a few people a ride. by the way it was a great concert. wish we could have something like this again without worrying about getting shot.

Carlos is a much cleaner guitarist for Quiet Riot and co-wrote songs as well! 🤔 Slade deserves credit for this song they just couldn't get it right and that's what makes this version the very best. 👍🔥
