Recently started high-pitched ringing in ears... not every day but sometimes all day. Thought it might be blood pressure fluctuations or age or who knows what. I tried this last week because 'how could it hurt' since it's focused massage. It targets areas where there's always tension: neck, jaw, temples, etc. Amazingly, it works. The ringing sensation is mostly gone and some days completely gone. I use all of the techniques and I'm amazed that it's actually effective. Plus my neck feels looser and more relaxed overall. Definitely keeping this up. Total win. Thanks, Dr. Rowe!

Wow! I've had mild and sporadic tinnitus for 37 years which never bothered me. But a week ago it ramped up to loud and constant throughout the day. Very difficult to fall asleep. One night I couldn't stand it and needed a break so I got up and ate 2 slices of bread and marmelade - while I was eating i suddenly noticed that the tinnitus had disappeared!! It slowly came back but only slightly and i fell asleep. This made me wonder if it was the movement of my jaw which had somehow influenced the tinnitus. Imagine then my surprise when I stumbled on this video, where several of the exercises are centered near the 'hinge' of the jaw, just in front of the ear! i did a couple of them straightaway for only a few seconds and noticed an immediate change in the volume level, so I'm taking this seriously and am going to do these exercises properly from today. THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😀

The ringing is so loud it's truly driving me crazy. I watched this video and the exercise of using your index finger to flick at the back of your head helped so so much. It hasn't completely stopped but it's certainly much quieter. I'm sitting in tears that for a moment in 4 yrs my life seems so much quieter. Thank you for this blessing ♡

Ive also had tinnitus for roughly 7 years and recently with the tone changing pitch in one ear and doubling in volume. I done the same technique then removed my hands after three taps and instantly got a euphoric feeling rushing through me. It's so quiete, not 100% but Wow...just Wow.

I’m a truck driver and the constant sound of machinery and the constant climbing of elevations and descending and stress recently caused me to have this ringing in my ears. I’ve been trucking for 6 yrs now. And it’s catching up to me I guess. I’m over weight and eating sugar. But I just want to mention that this video really gave me some relief. Thanks doc!!

I have had issues with my levator scapula and spine since I was 16 now 48! I have been doing these exercises repeatedly and they do help reduce a lot of my daily pain. You've done more than any of the Spine Doctors and Message Therapists have done. Thank You Dr. Rowe I'm a believer

Thanks Doc. I’ll keep doing these because I have serious TMJ issues and cervical spine problems (C7 replaced 20 years ago, three disks above keep bulging). The exercises do not help my very high pitched squealing tinnitus I’ve had for 20+ years but they are great exercises for other areas. Maybe even stop the headaches I get that start in the back of my head.

Thank you so much for this video, I started doing these exercise and I must say the finger roll with blocking of ears gave me a little instant relief I am looking forward to doing these exercises daily to see if I can relieve my constant discomfort. My main problem along with hissing in ear is the constant feeling of blockage which seems to stem from neck to ear this causes imbalance and feeling of brain fog. You really are a godsend free advice and not having to watch these looooong videos which at the end you have to buy stuff which in the long run do not help. I am 74 years old and this feeling every day is quite irritating. I was also diagnosed since from the nineties with BPPV which is another scary thing to deal with.

I used to have my ears irrigated in the hospital's ENT department, twice a year and each time the nurse got quite a lot of wax out. Since 2020 when a bad cold shut the whole world down, the hospital have ceased offering this service! I was told by a nurse on the phone to direct the shower into my ears! 🤬 My tinnitus has steadily got worse since. I'm often at the point where I feel there is no escape from my own head. 😒 I'll try these exercises. Thank you.

Wow! Okay... The earlobe exercise didn't do anything for me, but I did two sets of twenty on the head-thump and I got some improvement! I'm going to say 10 to 15% quieter. In yes, about a minute of working the exercise. If that's all I get, it was worth trying. Thank you! I have torticollis real bad right now, so I couldn't do the ear sniffer or the head stroke very well, but I'm a little better just from the head thumb, and i THINK the pit sniffer will help, too, when i'm feeling better.

I get plenty of exercise in my daily life. I am just learning after 40 years!!!!! That stress is a factor. I definitely have stress that affects my neck and jaw muscles!!?? Excellent video!!!!;
