A first-round draft pick by the Los Angeles Kings in 2020, Quinton Byfield played in his 5th AHL game this Valentine's Day, where he scored his first pro hockey goal to make the game 2-1. Byfield now has 3 points in 5 games.

@@ALLSPORTMIXTAPES, not expected for a professional sports team. I’ve played at high school arenas bigger than this.

Doubt it, Kaliyev scored and they didn’t keep him up but I sure hope so, want to see him Byfield and Turcotte get some run

Nah, first they’ll let him get used to the ahl then maybe give a few tryout games (7 or under), then next season he’ll play w the kings.

@@EA-Films I don’t know, based upon what I see he may need another half to full season to develop into an NHL player.

I hope they keep him in the AHL for the season, and let him develop more. Physically, and mentally.
