I did this & loved it! I laid on the floor at the gym afterward, exhausted. I then had my client do it...training him for the Tough Mudder. He struggled a bit with it, so that means it's a SUCCESS! Love it!

So I’m a little confused. Do the first 2 exercises = 5 rounds 20/10. Then do then next 2 exercises =5 rounds 20/10 n then the last 2 exercises for?? Anyone?

You do the first set 2 exercises (dumbbell thrusters and reverse ab crunch) for 20 secs on and 10 secs off for 10 rounds (both exercises executed once = 1 round). Totals 5 mins. Then, the second set of 2 exercises (assault bike and planks) for 20 secs on and 10 secs off for 10 rounds. Totals 5 mins. Third set of 3 exercises (assault bike, sumo squat to upright rows, leg raises holding bb) for 8 reps of each for a total of 15 mins (now here Dana said 15 mins, which means the whole workout equals 25 mins and not 20, but I hope this helps to clarify 🙏🏾
