"Pinche mames" is Mexican slang that doesn't have an exact translation, but basically means "no fucking way!" or "Jesus fucking Christ," that sort of thing. It expresses kind of a combo of anger and disbelief. At least, this is how it's been explained to me. A lot of Hispanics throw in Mexican slang like this while speaking English here in Arizona.

I've spoken with growers and rarely do they just let the plant grow, otherwise, in their own words "the shit sucks."
