The reason that you're travel bag seems a couple pounds heavier then you thought it was, even if you checked the weight, is actually because luggage attendants will discreetly lean their knee or foot on the weighing scale to put you over the limit so you have to pay more! It's even been caught on camera a few times. So remember to watch your bagging attendant carefully when they weigh your luggage for you to make sure they don't try to scam you out of your money :>!
