Shramta ke anusar kar sakte ho bhai beginner ho toh 50 se 60 kar loge Aur agar khumbhak se sath karegi toh 50 had se zada h kar 1.5 se 2 minute taq rokna h

Only do if it's a muscles pain and not tendon cuz it means u are rupturing your rotator cuffs. I did dand and one mrng i damaged both so keep an extra eye on it

I found it bit difficult to do those progression steps, but I found it easier and natural to do the Hanuman dand directly 😂
