The dog one was hard. My spouse entrusted her “friends” to watch her PTSD service dog for a weekend while we went out of town (air travel and the dog had severe flight anxiety). They killed him (negligence) and claimed he escaped off an island in the delta and even watched us as we made flyers, spoke on the Bay Area news, and even used television time to tout their good deedism while advocating for his return. This occurred over an entire year as we never gave up hope before they admitted the truth while they were drunk. Some people..

@@jesusofbullets Forcing a 5 year old, (an age at which children are naturally disruptive, to run because he was, and in her own words 'making disruptive noises' which while most likely are just random kid noises, could also be him trying to occupy his mind if he has ADHD/ADD or even stimming is he has Autism) to run for who knows how long and how far in 104 DEGREE WEATHER isn't a punishment, that could very well give him heat stroke and even KILL him. A five year old's body isn't meant to run in that heat for even just one mile, let alone however many she decided to run for. To an adult or even teenage, whatever distance she picked to run is probably quite easy, but to a five year old, it's a marathon and forcing someone to run a marathon while out of shape and probably dehydrated is torture and again, with that heat, his body is both going to be tired, dehydrated, and overheating because the temperature outside is too high for his tiny body to be able to keep his own temperature where it should be (the body need outside air to be colder than your body temp in order to be able to release heat, 104 is well above that) meaning he'll start to develop heat stress which could lead to him passing out or doing into full heatstroke which means he could literally die from this, and she says this is only the first time, meaning she's going to keep doing this to him and for as bad as it sounds, I hope that kid does get heatstroke so she'll get such a massive scare from him almost fucking dying, that she won't do it agian.

The video of the woman making her 5-year-old son run triggered something in me. My mom used to make me do similar things when I was around that age because I was too absent-minded in class. (I have ADD and high-functioning autism, but wasn't diagnosed at the time) Whenever my teachers would try to bring up the fact that I needed to be assessed by a doctor for ADD, she would freak out and spaz on them. I'm currently 23 years old and the memories of the traumatic punishments I have been through still haunt me to this day. I pray for that boy and hope that the mother soon realizes what she is doing could traumatize this kid for the rest of his life.

“Water is, of course, the most important raw material we have today in the world. It’s a question of whether we should privatize the normal water supply for the population. And there are two different opinions on the matter. The one opinion, which I think is extreme, is represented by the NGOs, who bang on about declaring water a public right. That means that as a human being you should have a right to water. That’s an extreme solution. The other view says that water is a foodstuff like any other, and like any other foodstuff it should have a market value. Personally, I believe it’s better to give a foodstuff a value so that we’re all aware it has its price, and then that one should take specific measures for the part of the population that has no access to this water, and there are many different possibilities there.” -The quote from Nestle Chairman

They decided to screw teachers over and have extra supervision inbetween classes and period shifts. Ontop of that, they reduced our lunch. If you were near the end of the line you'd barely have time to sit down before lunch was over. This led to a ton of angry students and parents, so we started boycotting by not cleaning up the cafeteria as they demanded we be done with everything by the end of lunch. This usually led to stacks of trays on tables, wrappers on the floors, spills left unhandled, and kids just avoiding lunch altogether. They'd grab their food, then go to their next class and eat during class. School only handled it for a week, then they gave in because everyone was angry at the administration for making a decision they didn't have to face the consequences of. This was also when our school had launched their rebellion against our principle Mr.Ricardo. The seniors, who had easily been boned the most by this dude, got together and a pretty big group of people had come to their last day wearing their custom made shirts. Can't remember the entire design, but I know they had Mr.Retardo big and bold across the back. I loved it, and the nickname stuck around for quite a while

As a teenager that has struggled with epilepsy for most of his life and gone through tonic clonic seizures on several occasions the video with the man on the bus faking a seizure makes me so mad. Tonic clonic seizures are the seizure most people think of when they hear the word seizure, violently shaking, difficulty breathing, etc, it is also the one where the man on bus is attempting to recreate. There are many more different types of seizures and than just that one, most of which are not as deadly, tonic clonic seizures are deadly and if left untreated or immediate medical attention can cause brain damage or death. For me personally due to an enormous amount of luck and modern medicine i was able to start being seizure starting from when i was 12, im now 18, people like me are few and far between but we are grateful to be seizure free there are many will struggle with seizures all of their life. P.s. forgot to add how people with seizures actually fall, they do not gently fall onto the ground back first, when you have a tonic clonic seizure your body will basically go limp and you’ll fall head first backwards most of the time, you will not gently fall to the floor like the man who was trying to fake a seizure did, for anybody that wants to learn more about epilepsy there are many resources online , there are even places online that will help learn how to spot somebody thats about to have a seizure, thank you for taking your time to read this comment nobody will see, i wish you all a good day

It wouldn't have been so bad, if it wasn't for the temperature and the duration. That's what did it for me. But putting them in hot weather like that can do actual damage, especially at their age and without water.

@@hommie2692 I know I am one instance out of many, but my father disciplined me and my brothers like this and I always have loved exercise. It was his last resort, and he tended to favor more stationary exercises, like push ups and wall sits. If he wanted us to run and it was hot, we ran up and down the stairs inside. He was very reasonable, giving warnings, talking with us about the "why" we were disciplined and never thinking "because I said so" or unexplained punishment was okay. Used appropriately, it can be a helpful tool in teaching right and wrong while children are still too young to comprehend their actions. parents just have to make sure it isn't the first/only one used and avoid extremes. Hopefully this gives a bit of insight, everyone's story is different though.
@bluejay8911
@bluejay8911 3 жыл бұрын
@@hommie2692 @Hommie I would totally agree. It could work for some, but for plenty it could make them hate it. I was punished by being made to read books, I can't remember the last time I actually read a book by choice. I would say a better method would just be traditional talking to, time outs, etc. For little kids. ESPECIALLY for little youngsters, communication is key. Sometimes these kids don't even know that what they are doing is bad in the first place, and thats why you've gotta atleast try and talk to them at first. The most EFFECTIVE method to get a well behaved child isn't punishment, it is reward. Many studies have shown that kid respond much better to positive reinforcement. Your kid has good grades? Give them a star and $5. Your kid is well behaved in school? Support them, maybe get then a small present or take them somewhere they like. You want to reinforce that behavior so it occurs more. And even better, if you want your kid to be into physical exercise, maybe buy them a bike or nice running shoes. You want to teach them that these things are positive, and that it is a good thing. And if your kids are bad, don't automatically assume it's malicious, many times it's just being young and not yet educated. Teach them, talk to them first, make sure they know that if it continues, there are always consequences to your actions, whether from the parent, or from school, or even friends. It's only if they start showing repeated bad behavior that tougher punishment should be introduced. And if you've already been using positive reinforcement, it's as easy to take those rewards away as it is to give them. Keep taking other kids stuff? Keep being rude to the teacher? Take those stars away, Cut their allowance out, take away their bike. Punishment like that lady doesn't make your kid WANT to be well behaved, it makes them scared of misbehaving. And there is a big difference. Because in the future when your kid is 18 and leaving home, they won't have to be scared of their parents catching them misbehaving anymore, and so if they don't want to be good, there is nothing stopping them anymore. Punishment like that will make them scared of YOU catching them. Which is why you have to make them WANT to be good. It's all about psychology. If your kid does something bad, and you make them exercise, they will start to associate negatively with exercise in most cases. Bottom line is if you want your kid to enjoy doing something, it's best not to punish them with that thing you want them to like. It's less about disciplining them, and more about reinforcing them to self-discipline. I know I wrote a lot, but that's just my personal take on things. I worked in childcare for quite a while, specifically helping those who had been abused like I was when I was a child. I just wish people properly understood the psychology and potentially damaging effects to using the wrong kinds of punishment on your child, and the lack of support and gratification when they do something good.

Devious licks were funny, keyword WERE. Me and my friends used to do that shit years ago but even we had enough sense not to take things people actually needed or used. Sure, I laughed with my friends when they took the knobs off one of the sinks in the bathroom. It was quite funny when one of my friends went around and took the Febreeze from the teacher's bathrooms and became a "Febreeze dealer". But we were middle schoolers. It's funny now because we were stupid. But taking whole toilets and soap dispensers? Bro people need those. It's funny once. Then you just become a nuisance.

Are you just an edgelord or part of The Legion? Or third option, Did the legion get to your account? (For anyone who doesn't know what I'm referring to, The Legion is a religious possibly terroristic cult of sorts, which originated from the belief that humanity is a stain on the world, And the only way to fix it is for us to go extinct, And they're signified by the symbol in his profile picture.)

30:37 People who are so violently petty and spiteful are usually just infuriating, but that was cruel. I am so sorry that poor man had to deal with that torment. Even if he was being petty to them, he couldn't have possibly said or done something worse than what they were doing to him. The loss of a baby is devastating.
