- A 6-lane fuel station
- An approximately 60,000sqft Maintenance Shop with a truck wash, paint booth, 3 Ton Jib Crane, service pits, and 4,000 SF office space
- A160,000 SF Terminal building with 246 door warehouse and 7,500 SF office space
- As well as a 5-acre retention pond
