Basically, in the Active Directory control panel, when someone has a down arrow next to their user name, it means their account has been disabled. (You never want to delete accounts because sometimes you want to give access to stuff that only a previous employee had access to) This usually happens when someone leaves a company for whatever reason.

Honestly, the 40-year-old man dressed as a stacked Sailor Moon reminded me of a picture from my dad's high school yearbook. Keep in mind this would've been either the late 60s to early 70s since Dad's now 68. In it there's a bunch of smiling men in very feminine dresses - apparently the male teachers on staff ended up wearing these dresses as part of some school spirit thing. All of them looked happy and excited and like this was just the best thing ever. It was one of my favorite pictures growing up... and I *hate* wearing dresses. It's nice that they had fun.

And he decided she would be the best superhero to sexualize and then sing the lyrics "I'm a creep" and "I want control"? He could have chosen Batman or Ironman or any other number of middle-aged male superheros to sexualize/make funny sexy costumes for. But. No. He decided the best thing to do was pick a **little girl**. I don't think he should have been the one arguing for the appropriateness of "Creep"...
