It depends on the contract really as to whether he’s being paid. By movie? Probably paid up to the point he finished working. Or paid a fixed sum after movies make the block office. Exclusively contracted? Since his participation is involuntary, there’s a good argument to be made that he should be paid because he is willing to work; he’s just unable to because Disney had made a decision despite being considered innocent until proven guilty. The OT actor for Obi-Wan for example made about 4% generated from the Star Wars I.P instead of accepting a flat salary, which meant as Star Wars got bigger, he was being paid much more then any of the other cast members despite being of limited role in the latter two movies. It’s also the reason that actors rarely get those kinda contracts, though Robbie Jr got something similar to ensure he played as Iron Man throughout the movies as a major actor, as a result he got paid much more then anyone else on the MEU payroll, Chris Evins included despite being of similar onscreen importance.
