Follow this recipe and I was successful. Though the tying part still get me into a lot of problem. 😅 I will probably need to tune the sugar portion the next time as I find it a bit sweet to my taste. Your recipe is always easy to follow. I am not sure if you remember in one of your cookbook, I love that simple poach apple dessert. I still follow them but trying out a lot of different wine and apples. Merlot, gala apple, mint leaves (change that cause shiso leaves hard to find. 😅) Thank you once again. Have a great day. 😊

Wow, what a wonderful teacher teaching us how to make fancy cha xiu, its very expensive to eat ramen in Canada. I got to learn this and make it on my own. It looks very beautiful and delicious
My goodness this is the chasu ramen that i love. Very hard work preparing this but it is worth it. It seems hard to get delicious Japanese ramen and Japanese authenthic cuisine in my place. Thank you for sharing this. I will try to make it one day.
