I have the older version of this. I was attracted by the 13a capability. I have been really impressed. I am glad I paid a bit more than the generic cut 30s from the internets as it seems a sturdier piece of kit and it is good to have someone in the uk yo ho back to if it does go wrong.

I just bought one from R-Tech and told them it was all your fault. It's going to be interesting to see how well it works.

The Mrs is getting me a plasma cutter for my birthday, great timing for the review John!

Great stuff John. Debs enjoyed using it too. It looks like a version of the generic chinese "Cut 30" or "Cut 40" units that are all over ebay. No doubt greatly improved by Rtech. They seem to he developed a good business model of tweaking Chinese made products for quality, thereby giving the customer a good vfm buy. Great honest review.

I've just bought the R-tech 415v i-cut100. What a beast 42mm, severance cut. R-tech service is great. They are really helpful.

I've got the P30, so older version of this. It's brilliant, I would say 10mm is clean cut, not sure I've done much 8mm. Lots of 3mm, 6mm and 10mm, all easy. Have done some rusty 15mm, it's not fast and it's certainly not pretty, but it cut it.

Deb definitely cuts straighter than you. Nice Video.

Do plasma cutters cut shirt. I worked in a garage and told a customer the reason that the engine was not working was just shirt in the carb. He said how often do I do that.

Looks like an excellent unit for the kind of work it is designed to handle. Thanks for the useful review. Greetings from Halgrim to Debs.🙂

Hi John ... I have a Cut 60 which works really, but it Looks Like you have a Winner with this really nice little plasma cutter, doing over expectation for a small unit, and it's Great to see Deb ..( Your New Apprentice ) have a play with the unit.

Good comprehensive review John. If Debs approves, it can't be bad. Best wishes, Dean.

Those machines sure are handy, I have one I got from Ebay maybe 4 years ago, I don't use it every day but it works great although it was cheap, I think it was around 300 USD.

Good bit of kit. I am still waiting for Lidl to have their 50 litre compressor back in. When they do I will be playing more with my plasma cutter (also Lidl, because I like bargain kit when I don't use it enough to spend big money). Did you find where your mentions are?

Looks like a capable too. Nice to see I'm not the only one who uses British Army fleeces in the workshop heh.

It would be interesting to see how it compares to the 40A machine in Lidl this week.

Great video again. I bought the digital acdc last year because of your review on it. Honest reviews like this are few and far between. Keep up the great videos. I've got a stainless rear spindle I'd love you to make if it's something you could do. Cheers james
