I run some bronze wire in my mig set ,i know the grade is for repairing bearing surfaces also for zintec steel panels, you'll have to set them up on a milling machine to get them 90 degrees to the shaft and to tolerance , great video mike 👍

Yes. JP is going to set up a jig on his lathe to do the machining as he then can guarantee the faces are parallel

that eruption on the box , would be a good candidate for tig welding , but i think the epoxy will work just fine and an easy fix.

JB weld will be good as there is no pressure in the box

No - I think it is more the hub tilting
