Our feelings and instincts are our guidance system.. The channel "Potential Techniques" did a video about the importance of seeing and remembering and paying attention to that, and how it helps to pay attention to how we feel or our gut instincts about people or situations or things we would like to do or feel we wish to avoid even when other people are saying different.. It's worth checking out

I like this analogy when viewed in a broader context. In order to grow, we must first cast off our current limitations. After which, we can construct a new model with a broader and more expansive potential.

Exactly just look at when you workout your body goes through stress and breaks down and then ur muscles comes stronger. Just one word of advise guys no matter what just never give up. I know sometimes can be tough but just toughen it up even if it takes 1 year because know this will only make u stronger for days to come. Be a warrior female or male. And defend yourself in honor and light. And don't ever be a pushover

the parallel i draw is that human muscles grow under stress as well. and of course that we have many opportunities grow emotionally and in our value to ourselves and others if we focus on learning from our own times of stress and disruption. very inspiring. thanks for posting this Jinsider!

It's amazing what you can learn from trief animals. Next time he'll talk about snakes shedding their skin. Then again, he presupposes that the lobster is feeling confined and magically creates it's new shell. This is great advise. Give the man a yasha koach.

All I'm saying is.. shit happens, lightning strikes, plane crashes, tornados, car crashes. It sure helps getting some supernatural help, if it doesn't exist - you lose nothing, but if it does - you have everything to gain. Got to play your cards right. And being an adult won't save you from these things that's for sure.
