The bible says a hallmark of a true believer is having a love for the brethren. If you evangelicals are really God's people, there is now way I can walk with you and certainly no way I can love you. You have no idea the harm you have caused me. So either God has low standards for what He calls "his people", or you evangelicals are not really "his people" at all.

Why do people feel the need to identify as an Evangelical if they're not in agreement with them? There is nothing in the scripture that tells us we have to identify with this group or denomination. The scripture tells us to identify with Christ. I don't even call myself a Christian any longer, I'm a follower of Jesus Christ. I don't want to be identified with a bunch of racist hypocrites.

Thank you for this presentation. I appreciated hearing thoughtful viewpoints that I have not heard or considered previously. I can't say that I enjoyed listening to this discussion. It did reinforce my opinions, which are equally as pessimistic. I would love to hear the viewpoints of equally thoughtful people of the Religious Right, but I don't believe that type of person exists. Am I wrong?

Follow Ed Stetzer, Russell Moore, Os Guiness ( all evangelicals) Look up A.J.Gordon who founded Gordon College and Gordon Divinity School as an alternative to Amdover-Newtown and other liberal main line Seminaries . GCTS is moving back into Boston, Massachusetts to better serve inner city people. It is not racism but compassion that moves them back into the inner city.

Why did so many vote for Trump? The answer is two fold. The idea that Hillary Clinton could lead this country when her views are so extreme left wing. The other is nominations to the Supreme court. Like most conservative people there was NO goid choice. The worst two evils. There must be a third party soon that will work to achieve what you are discussing. The idea that we can truly love one another must be from the leadership. Thats not Trump or Biden.
