This is a great recipe to make extras for when you know that you'll be unable to cook. I pretty much made three times the recipe, and froze the chicken after it was browned and "assembled," but before it was baked, and freeze in appropriate containers that can withstand both freezing and baking (good ol' Corningware individual serving dishes are my choice). Then when I need a quick meal, I take out as much as I need, defrost properly in my microwave (go with YOUR microwave's recommendations), and bake. It works like a charm, and with a bit of freshly cooked spaghetti, makes for a wonderful, healthy meal after a difficult day. It's also good to tuck away just in case you have unexpected guests, or more mouths to feed than you anticipated! Many thanks for sharing your expertise, and for so many wonderful recipes; your ability to break these down into simple, straightforward instructions makes for an enjoyable experience even for those of us who are not very kitchen literate!

O.M.G.!!! I just tried this recipe…. WOW I followed the directions from A to Z The only thing is that for the breadcrumbs “station” I doubled up since the size of the chicken was little bit different, but from the other ingredients, amounts, proportions it was very accurate So far my husband, my in laws & I loved it!
