I went to the doctor because I would get 8+ hours of sleep and still feel so tired around 2:30pm. Now I take B12 gummy vitamins when I get into the later afternoon slump instead of more coffee! It doesn’t give you any rush but a slight more natural awake, focused feeling after about 3 weeks of taking them consistently! I’m not a doctor but from my personal research B12 is really good if your feeling fatigued because it helps convert carbohydrates into useable Glucose in the body, which gives you your energy throughout your day! Get a appointment with your doc and see if your deficient in any key nutrients that may help with your fatigue!

I had the same issue with that coffee machine and my family. Turn the dial to the spoon icon , push the normal coffee button then wait till you hear the machine move inside before putting your ground coffee in or it will dump the ground coffee out . Then return the settings or you will annoy the coffee caffeinated bean people 😜 you can also get plain hot water out the milk steamer side .

You know, interesting fact I just found out. Caffeine does not have the same effect on people who suffer anxiety, it affects dopamine levels and tends to cause sleepiness and tiredness as opposed to the usual effect of high energy. I could never understand why people spoke about drinking coffee after a late night or a bad night’s sleep. I always need a nap after drinking coffee.
@louisemarendoli80013 жыл бұрын
That’s so weird, if I drink it in the morning I feel sleepy and can go back to sleep but if I drink it at night I feel wired and can’t sleep. I have anxiety and have always wondered about that.

Hi from Denmark! I looove your videos!
@sarahsmith11433 жыл бұрын
I love watching your videos. They're very calming and inspire me to clean 😂. I'm not someone that leaves comments, but I have to say something about what you said about veganism. You'd finished taking about how your spiritual journey helped you to understand other people's religions and I connected with that deeply, but then you said that you're not extreme like vegans, "people are nuts", and that was really upsetting to hear. I've been vegan for about 5 years and to me it's not extreme at all and really not a "diet" as much as an ethical lifestyle choice. I understand that people do not believe the same things, but please understand that others are doing their best to be as kind to animals, the environment, and their bodies as they can be. To them it is not extreme at all, certainly not nuts. I think it's important to understand why we do what we do and not see it as a fad diet. If we can understand why someone would fast for religious reasons then certainly we can extend the same courtesy to vegans. Thank you for hearing me out and I wish you all the luck in the future ❤️
@rachelleea3 жыл бұрын
I completely understand. Where I was coming from is that I was vegan for about a year and I’ve never received so much abuse from other vegans online. It’s the only reason I’m not vegan. It was too toxic to share anything online. I said a generalised statement but that’s the back story behind that statement. Did not mean to offend you
@sarahsmith11433 жыл бұрын
@@rachelleea I understand that people can be harsh online, but I hope you understand that your comment was doing the same thing to a group of people with an emotional, ethical reason for doing what they do. I don't want the view that you expressed to influence other people. People online are just dicks, but for me at least, and I know other people would feel the same, it's a lifestyle decision that's an attempt to live in accordance with our values and I hope everyone can feel free to do that with their lives without fear of online harassment.
@rachelleea3 жыл бұрын
@@sarahsmith1143 it was intended as a light hearted generalised statement towards the obvious nuts vegans out there. I'm well aware not all vegans are "nuts" and that its a lifestyle choice not just a diet. I've had experience in veganism as I mentioned. This very much never meant to attack kind well-to-do people just doing their thing, it was a comment on personal experience directed to those who are very extreme. Extremism comes in all forms, not just veganism, religion is a really big one too. I do not support extremism in any form and as such made a generalised statement. That statement was not meant to be directed at you. If you are a kind do-your-own thing kind of vegan as you said then this was never directed at you
