I’m currently learning to be a makeup artist - NYX has beat it out of the park so many times. I’m *surprised* she didn’t mention the NYX eyeliners or lipsticks because they’re insanely good. I have heard that NYX and Urban Decay products are produced at the same factory so you will find a lot of dupes between the brands. (Not all, some) I want to share some of my favorite products for everyone that’s interested: - NYX contour palette. You literally have everything you need to bronze and contour. Also to set your undereye and highlight. I like it more than Anastasia - NYX glide on stay on eyeliners. I love the brow, green and silver - NYX light nude eyeliner (for inner rim) - NYX blush single (mauve) - NYX lipliners 😍😍😍!!! Seriously all of them are just like Urban Decay for a fraction of the price - NYX cake brow palette (powders and wax). I love that the powder isn’t too pigmented and they come with 2 mini brushes! - NYX matte lipsticks (tea rose, shocking pink, Bloody Mary, Euro Trash, Perfect Red) - NYX Lid Lingerie shadow (rose pearl). Amazing as a base before a shimmery eyeshadow - NYX wonder stick cream highlight & contour (easy to blend and looks natural) And my FAV NYX product ever.... The NYX velvet matte lipsticks. I have “soft femme” and “charmed”. Just insanely good and long lasting ☺️ Save yourself some money and enjoy their high quality makeup ☺️

I love my Lid Lingerie palette! It is such a lovely light wash of color. I was happy to find it's shimmery alter-ego, the Cosmic Metals palette. These should look beautiful together!

I love using Ulta's automatic eye liner in black plum (not all the colors work, though, the color capri always gets all over under my eye after a while so I stopped wearing it). I've tried out a ton of the other ones and they vary from semi-okay to blah, so I stopped buying Ulta brand products a while ago.

The shadows are beautiful but I've heard a lot of bad things about shipping and customer service. I ordered the Saharan palette on the 30th and it still hasn't been shipped. It's been stuck on "pre-shipment" since January 1st. I've sent two emails already and will be reporting them to paypal to get a refund if I don't have at least an update within the week. All I can say is order at your own risk and if you do decide to order, go through paypal in case of anything you can get a refund.

I think that the fire palet from nyx is Beautiful but you Need more neutral shade to create a great look :) a buy or bye on ABH or bare minerals would be really great 😊 really love your videos you have such a beautiful personnality:)

Idk if you've tried this already, but if you scrape the top layer off of the duochromatic highlight then it's much more impactful. I have the snow rose one and that jade a huge difference for me. :)

Obsessed with these NYX products: Soft Matte Lip Creme, HD finishing powder in banana, Epic Ink Liner, Jumbo eye pencil in Milk. And they're all super affordable! ❤

I have the same HD finishing powder and I'm amazed. Use it almost every day under my eyes and on the centre of my face, I don't like the initial look so much but with fix+ and throughout the day it performs wonderful. Great for someone like me who doesn't get a good look in the mirror for hours, I can trust it.

Thanks for the reviews! You just come off so casual and friendly. The only thing is that no one ever really talks about the NYX Lid Lingerie palette. I use it ALL THE TIME because I generally have no clue when it comes to makeup and it's just a really nice beginners matte palette.

Love this video and the Buy or Bye series! My personal NYX faves are the Tea Tree Elixir (great as a face primer or on its own), the Lip Lingerie line (top choice is Push Up for a nude lip) and the Wicked lipsticks (when you want something darker and eclectic).

The Liquid Suede lippies are some of my favorites. I have Sandstorm and Soft Spoken and just bought some of the metallic ones. I loved Sandstorm so much I’m on my second one! Biker Babe, metallic Burgundy, left such a wonderful stain, too!

I agree about the foundation. It looks so gorgeous when i apply it but doesn't last on my skin at all. I usually mix it with my wet n wild photofocus because that one's a little too matte and textured

The total control drop foundation works amazing for me! With or without any primer. If using a primer, I use the maybelline baby skin or the gold oil serums. And then set it with a powder foundation and lots of setting spray! Good for 6-9 hours!

It's cool to see different opinions. My liquid Suede in tea and cookies was so watery and patchy and the color was waaay to pink for my medium skintone. But for some reason my Lingerie in Bedtime Flirt its my ride or die and nobody likes it. So cool!! Love you Rachel❤

i really like mixing the control drops with lighter coverage foundations to make them have more of a medium coverage. kinda like the cover fx custom coverage drops.
