Heyy! Thanks for a bit more clarifications. I am currently working on getting myself Google's PM certification and for some reason, RACI chart section went over my head. Do you have any more of these examples I could use to practice, or some place else I could look at to better grasp the concept?

Can a RACI be applied to the overall project? Or is it really intended for individual tasks only?

Hi Emma, 1st of all thank you for making such crystal clear and to the point video on PMP.. can you please answer 1. whether PMP is industry specific or people from any educational background but working in PM can do this. 2. Does PMP helps in switching job to other industries ?

Hi Tejas! 1. PMP is not industry specific - you just need to meet the criteria (i.e. education & working hours). 2. This is my personal opinion - but I think so. It shows that you understand the fundamentals and can use those basic skills in PM across a variety of industries. Hope that helps!
