I don't think you did too bad at all.

I know its not fast but some of those slides toward the end are just cool. They reminded me of the old days where the 500's would get real sideways then just when you think you've collected it up they come into the power and go again. Its that bit where you realise the bike is just that bit more interested in lowering your lifespan than a 250 or a 4t which makes me love them. Brilliant experiences.

Well that or the Yzilla - its a tough call. I would love to see you get your hands on a big Maico or something as a comparisson. This track should've been widened up considerably, along with more obstacles. I used to have a piece of land similar to this, and before every riding day, I would run the till over the track. It was the disc-style that was tilted inward with roughly twenty to thirty separate discs and it would churn up around 8 - 10 inches of top soil and it was an absolute dream to be one of the first bikes out there just holding it wide open while leaving a huge roost of fresh soil. That feeling of sinking down into the soil with the throttle pinned was just awesome. Eventually, it would naturally build up nice sized berms and develop beautiful lines. In case you can't tell, I really miss riding.

Great race! The track was a wide open track yet everyone was scared to ride due to the slick ground. I would like to see them race again but rent a tractor with a disk on the back and really turn that track over well and make it 6’ wider. I would say add water but that’s usually not possible but maybe rent a water truck and have them spray it down. The 500’s have to have soft loam which works best for them. The dry ground is like riding on ice. I do like the amount of jumps but maybe a few more small ones. This track was set for the bikes to run wide open and they can do that even at a novice level with the dirt prepped correctly. Great video

Congrats on a some great races and for toughing it out injured. The CRF 450 is such a worthy opponent with tons of power down low. Lot of CRF riders say they don't change gears much. They can do it all in third. The modern 450s have launch and traction control as well. They just have a lot of tech that still hasn't been put into the 2 strokes. I say this time and time again... I hope rules are modified to give 2 strokes a fair chance. It finally seems like a fair fight putting Kong against the 450s instead of a 250 2 stroke. Even changing AMA rules to increase the 2 stroke displacement to 350 or 375 would help get people back to racing on 2 strokes. A 450 vs a 250 is just not a fair fight. 2 strokes just shouldn't be leisure bikes. They should be race machines as well and go head to head with the 450s. Love the 999Lazer content. Once again, great work Sean!

Guy on the Honda probably had a close to stock bike compared to the Kong that had the best components and cost at least twice as much . My buddy had the same problem racing Quads . His was pretty much stock and the other guy had on over $32,000.00 USD . Good rider on a way better bike . Yeah they will win . Put them both on completely stock bikes with the stock suspension set up for each rider and see what happens and who will win . I'd love to see that comparison . 😂 Kong is a dream come true , I have to admit that . Race it against the other Monster of a bike ; The 700cc version of Kong . Love your videos and comments . 😊

It's amazing to see a modern Two stroke just destroy the current models , all us knew it that grew up on Two Stroke bikes, the power is insane , even a 1985 KX 80 will throw most 250 four-stroke riders off first twist of the throttle , you just don't expect the jump into power band , HP doubles in 250 revs , the 500 two strokes never even needed power band , but if you were game , that 60 + HP at 9500 rpm was a thing the feel , yes 450 f are fast , and good , but legendary , no , please bring back 500 two strokes Kawasaki ! We know your thinking about a direct injection bike , we have all seen the prototype , 2026 KX 550 two stroke , it will kill everything !

I live out west in the US. Is this a typical example of an English motocross track? Seems about 5-10ft narrower, no built berms, more flat-track style corners and much fewer jumps and seemingly only single and tabletops. It’s cool to see, and I love the grass start and the more natural layout, incorporating the existing terrain as the biggest features of the track. Can any Brit’s chime in and tell me if this is a typical track?
