Prejudices are taught. My father was 'white' my mother from Singapore. The bullying was so scary as a child. My sin is 'white' I wanted to be darker, my hair is almost black, I wanted to be blonde, figure that out, I wanted blue eyes or green eyes, not brown, now I accept myself sincel the constant bullying stopped 60+ years later. A blind person is the least prejudice, they listen and are drawn to the kindness and understanding in a person's voice. We could all learn a lot from how they live.

There's also the fact that, for the vast majority of the time slavery and discrimination was accepted as normal, it was religion that was used to justify both until public opinion shifted enough to *force* said religions to change their stance. This man *repeatedly* ignores documented hundreds to thousands of years of documented history in favor of pushing his white-washed version of Christianity, and repeatedly misrepresents everything that discredits his claims because he can't address the *actual* arguments made against him.

Ken as much as I agree with most of this video your skin color analysis is flawed. I am a painter and used to color. In color you start with a ratio, say one part black to two parts gold. Now the next shade had two parts black and 4 parts gold. This is ratio can be increased more and more to get an intense much darker shade but is still the same color. This I agree on. The problem is that I cannot work this out between all races. I can make this work black to white, and yellow to white, but cannot come up with a combination that will allow both yellow, black, and white to all work together. In short I can find no single starting color combination that will give us black, white, and yellow shading all from the same colorants in one mix. I also could not come up with ones that would go from yellow to black and give real skin tones. This leaves only one conclusion and that is that although there is much shading, there is also some color variance. Although this seems true it should never lead to anyone being called either superior or inferior at any time in history. God Bless.

I refuse to believe that God is for the mixing of races and cultures that He so very deliberately created after the tower of Babel and which He so very clearly emphasized MANY TIMES when the Isralites married into heathen nations and subsequently adopted their gods. It is the aim of the devil and his worldly servants to throw all of the world's beautifully diverse people into a mixing pot and create a muddy mess. So who is the cursed race of people? Who are the Caanaites in the world’s population at this time? What sin did Ham commit for his offspring to get cursed? Will god curse someone’s offspring today for committing that particular sin? Ken Ham didn’t really get into answering any of these questions. Is it really fair for god to curse the offspring of Ham or to curse a group of people before they were even born? He stated that Sodom and Gomorrah were the descendants of Ham and so I guess they were cursed before they were even born. Also Ken Ham is studying genetics with a already biased predisposition of twisting what he has learned to support what the Bible is saying, let him debate an expert in genetics and race and see how that works out to support his theories because genetics experts have already studied the genetics of the origin of man long before Ken Ham took a crack at it.

Setting inbreeding aside, Adam and Eve would need to have a male and female of each race and they would need to exclusively breed with each other and then all move to segregated areas over the globe. Another thing he gets wrong is different races are a result of gene mutation which he doesn’t even take into consideration. I find it funny he believes in science when he thinks it benefits him, but rejects science when it works against him.

And here's how we can tell that you probably didn't read all of what your bible says about it, because that little technicality only applies to men of the same faith who have no other choice due to debts owed. However, the moment we look at women, or people from other tribes or regions, we get nothing of the sort. They are slaves, pure and simple. And while we're on that topic, the fact that the owner can manipulate even a fellow Hebrew into *permanent* slavery by providing him with a wife, who is also a slave, so he is then encouraged to surrender his freedom forever so he doesn't lose her after his 'term' is done really doesn't make this practice seem any better. "In the old testament, it was reported but not condoned" Literally does not matter. Your book contains instructions for how to acquire them, where they should be acquired from, and how you are permitted to treat them under certain circumstances. If you are laying out *rules* for how something should be done, you're condoning it. You see, unlike most of the crap spread around by Ken, this is actually one of those few black-and-white issues. You either condone the practice or you condemn it, you don't get to have one and then try to dress it up as the other.

One issue. My wife and I married in 2005. She was a follower of Christ, and I was an agnostic. I found Christ in 2016, and since then, I have grown to be the more religious one of the two of us. She helped lead me to Jesus. Perhaps we are the exception to the general rule?

No one justifies slavery today. As for prejudice, those people did not /do not have a forgiven relationship with Jesus Christ. It was Christians like MLK Jr who led the Civil rights movement and people from Oberlin which was then a Christian college that fought slavery
