This Parmesan & Herb Crusted Rack of Lamb will have your guests not wanting to ever leave! Wait, maybe that's not actually a good thing! LOL. This recipe is incredibly easy and an absolute delight to the taste buds. We heated up the @BigGreenEggHQ to 400° to get ready for this epic cook. Hey Captain Ron. I'm a big adherent of the reverse sear. But I imagine the crust would be difficult to do using that method?

You nailed it ! I happen to have the exact same crust recipe but I add some lemon zest. Converted a lot of people to lamb with this.
