I’ve never had it exactly the same way ahead in Montego Bay and I have fun memories of the delicious allspice clove the heat of the Scotch bonnet peppers for me was a little much, but the sugars in the caramels and the flavors were just unstoppable. *Cooking TIP:* _For those who wonder how to grill or bake _*_chicken breast_*_ without drying out, try soaking your chicken breast in buttermilk for at least 24 to 36 hours._ Then follow Racquel's method. The buttermilk will help tenderize the chicken, especially chicken breast.
@areyoulookingbitch70652 жыл бұрын
Ewwww not for jerk. All you have to is make a brine with almost same ingredients as her marinate but just garlic ginger ya herbs brown sugar and kosher or pink Himalaya salt. Brine 12 to overnight. Not only will it be juicy but enhance jerk as it cooks on grill. Another tip is normally we use pimento wood or leaves while cooking it. Since its very hard to find in states you can substitute it for apple wood and add pimento berries aswell🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
@SooperFlye2 жыл бұрын
@@areyoulookingbitch7065 Though the process adds more time, the buttermilk will NOT impart any flavor to the chicken. Salt brine is cool but one needs to be careful not to make the brine to salty. An e-z mistake. Not so with buttermilk. The chicken breasts can be cut with a butter knife.
